I walked in with acrylic nails and let them know that I needed them soaked off and that I wanted dip powder on my real nails.

The man who cut my acrylics cut into my real nail, which was painful. He had cut into the tender area that the nail is attached to, the nail bed.

I told him know that he was cutting my real nails and that I wanted the length and he responded by blaming me in an aggressive tone and saying that I never told him that I wanted to keep my real nails. He told me it was $5 to get them taken off. After ruining my real nails, I decided that I just wanted them soaked off and to leave. They charged me $10, stating that it was only $5 if I got the service. I had planned on getting the service until he ruined my nails.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a nail place. I left with messed up nails that I had to pay for.

After having my eyebrows ruined by another salon, I came to Hollywood Nails to get them fixed. The lady was extremely helpful and informative. She explained that she did not want to put wax on my eyebrows or lips due to just having it done and it could cause major irritation. She spent a good amount of time plucking away to fix what the other Salon had ruined. She explained before hand that to fix them she was going to have to make them short and thin. They are now even! I will definitely be going back to them!

Treat you like a number. Talk over your head in a foreign language like you are invisible. She was in such a hurry to go eat wings, my nails were not allowed to dry and were ruined going out the door, to which I will never darken by going back in.
