0Had work done to my pistol in the gunsmithing department in late 2011. They destroyed the finish on one side of the slide while working on my pistol. When I had them refinish it, they put what appeared to be bluing on a stainless steel pistol. It came out awful. I brought it to a finishing shop to have the slide cerakoted. The gunsmith there (not Charlie) was also arrogant and sarcastic.
The best and most friendly service! knowledgeable and customer oriented. I moved away from NM but I still go back to Charlie's for my fly fishing purchases and service!

Absolutely fantastic service, I could talk to the gunsmiths all day...
Charlies personnel are very helpful and knowledgeable on NM fishing and hunting. One of the best in town.

They installed the sights on my shotgun crooked, after taking three weeks to get to it. Avoid them.
