They do everything they can do deny your bonus. The company policies are draconian with respect to paying your money. They do this on purpose. "UM its company policy" yeah I get it. Its company policy to rip off everyone you can so you can line the pockets of your CEO. If you have to donate because you need the money, watch the rules VERY closely or else they'll screw you. I had to pay a bill today and can't. Thanks for nothing CSL.

The CSL on San Mateo is a great place with devoted employees, and the integrity of the business is stellar, if your plaz doesn't go as expected they will pay you what you would have made that day. You get money for helping people with breathing and bleeding disorders, shock and trauma, immune problems, you walk out feeling good about yourself and some money in your pocket to boot!

I was just kicked out for wearing work cloths by one of the managers but only seconds before i was seen a women with inappropriate clothing on went all the way threw but i am not aloud back i think this is an inappropriate way of handling situations and if one is not aloud to wear something no one should be aloud

I have to agree, this place is terrible in my experience as well. I have not gone in about a year but consider going back because it is quick money and as far as i know it does benefit people, however this establishment does not treat its patrons properly. 1 hour wait + 1 hour on the floor is about the fastest i ever got through, but i have spent 3-4 hours or longer on many occasions. I have heard out-of-staters complaining that the $20 for a visit offered by CSL is a fraction of what is paid in other states (This i cannot verify). Despite how long it takes sometimes, they never offer refreshments or snacks which feels insulting coupled with the low pay. On top of which they very invasively will perform a swab test of your cheek to check for drugs. I was never deferred for drug use, but it was insulting that the drug test probably cost more than what they paid me for my donation. Some of the people are nice but the management is terrible, you feel like a drone, the atmosphere is bleak and distopic and i feel used when i go here. They threaten that you can never go back if you go to any other plasma center and the pay policy is set up so that it really is only worth it if you go twice in one week. Plus the way they define 'twice in one week' is designed to make it harder than it sounds. Long story short, CSL wants to milk as much plasma from your veins as they can and pay you the least they possibly can for it. I give it 2 stars instead of 1 star because if you are in a tight spot, they will give you money for plasma so they get a point for delivering the service they offer and paying what they advertise, but i have never had a pleasant experience going here and in fact have left in a bitter mood many times.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I have fallen on some hard times and found myself in need of doing something extra but yet something that would also pay me to do it. Here I found myself at CLS Plasma! This place is a fun and active place and I really appreciate the time I have spent with the staff. Somebody needs to do a professional but funny sit com on this place....well written with caring people who have a wonderful sense of humor! Muah muah muah to you all!! Wow!! Where do I start? This place is terrible. Stay Away!! Unless your completely desperate!! They treat you like a piece of crap! It's a terrible way to make money! You'll spend half of your day just to make a measly $20! They'll stab you with their needles in the most incompetent way then ignore you for the next 40 to 60 minutes. That doesn't include the hour you've waited in the lobby before hand! Then after the machine they hooked you up to is done, you'll wait another 20 minutes trying to get someones attention. But they'll be so busy with their gossip that it will be hard for them to attend to you or maybe their just really into the movie that's playing on the tv that was intended for the customer! This place sucks!!!!!!!!!
