I had purchased all my Bridesmaids dresses From David's Bridal, including my wedding dress. No problems with my Bridesmaids dresses, but my wedding dress when I picked up came back destroyed! Meaning no cleaning done to it, beads missing, unraveling beads. The hooks were still broken off so I had to make four trips to fix this issue! Living an hour away and working an 8-5 job isn't the easiest to just go back and forward. The only thing they said they could do for me was ship it back to me for free!? which I thought was a complete joke! Having it shipped back would mean it would come back wrinkled and defeat the purpose of having it pressed! Customer service was great but as making sure everything was fixed like they said it was going to be and never got done!! Good thing I had purchased my wedding dress 4 months before my wedding or I would of had a wedding dress mess!!!! I was also told the girl that helped me is no longer there!!
