Nelson’s Review of Derrick’s Landscaping Service 7.11.2021:
• Service started on 6.8.2021 and completed on 7.2.2021
• Backyard Landscaping consisted of:
o Removal of 14 stumps, including shrubs.
o Removal of existing 400ft. sod
o Install 188ft Retaining Wall for flower beds with flagstone ledge top, approx. 24” in height
o Backfill elevated flower beds with soil and top with gravel.
o Install 5 gallon shrubs and 1 gallon perennials with soil – approx.. 50
o Drip Irrigation to all new and remaining shrubs/trees.
o Install 400ft of 80oz. synthetic turf with sand base coat on top
o Install custom 3’x25’ patio pavers with border edge walkway, sealed.
o Haul off all debris to landfill
• REVIEW –
o This is the largest landscaping job we have done to our home and were very concerned with finding the right company that could get it done timely and to the standards we expected. From day one, Derrick was great at answering our questions, no matter if it was texts, email or phone calls. He would also come over in person to walk us through design questions and help us make decisions as the job progressed. At times making decisions was overwhelming due to the size of the job but he always offered options, gave us advice and in the end we made the final decision on what we wanted. His team was timely every morning, hard working, very respectful and cleaned up at the end of everyday. We could not be happier with the results of the job! We have received many compliments and would recommend Derrick Landscaping to anyone that asks! Thank you Derrick to you and your team!
