They say it will remove most of your stains and odors however it did not remove any of my stains or odors. I've gotten better results from my hand held carpet cleaner. I thought doing it professionally would have been better but its not. Don't waste your money i spent $350 for one room stairs and a landing. Never again.

Get everything in writing ahead of time and hold them to it--or skip this business. This includes appointment time. They showed up early twice so we weren't ready and then told us we should have prepared for them earlier in the week. (Sure I'd be glad to :-) lose money from my job to prepare early for someone who changes appointments for their convenience--no problem.) Though told the employee would move items out of the way, he did none of that, just stopped cleaning when it got inconvenient for him. also only partially recleaned spots and said customer needed to sign paper for work done before having a chance to see what had been done. Then drove away an hour before our actual appointment time for a convenient afternoon off.
