Since 1945 Fishback Studio Of The Dance has been devoted to the art of dance. Located in Albuquerque, NM, we have long been recognized as one of the outstanding dance schools in the Southwest. Our professional teachers offer dance and acrobatic classes for students from age 6 to teens and adults on a sprung floor. At Fishback Studio, it is our mission to stress the importance of dancing as an ideal physical education as well as an artistic achievement. We offer the following dance classes: • Pre-kinder dance for ages 3-5 • Ballet • Jazz and hip-hop • Acrobatics • Scottish • Modern • Tap If you are interested in competing, we are proud to be the home of many national dance champions including the 2006 Senior Mr. IDC, 2005 Mr. and Junior Miss Global Dance International, best choreography and technical execution 1995 through 2007. Fishback Studio maintains a wide acquaintance with nationally recognized teachers and performers from New York to Hollywood. Our senior faculty maintains the excellence of their training through constant study and personal appearances. Assistants in the studio are personally trained by the studio faculty. Most have eight or more years of advanced training in the studio. Fishback Studio is a member of Dance Masters of America, Cecchetti Council of America, and Dance Educators of America.
