Dr. Bang is very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. He is easy to talk to, and always makes you feel welcome. The only reason I gave him 4 stars instead of 5 is because I find his staff a little unfriendly. When you call on the phone, sometimes they talk to you like you are stupid or they don't have time. Once I arrived and they had lost my appointment. They acted as if it was my fault and I had showed up at the wrong time. When I provided my appointment card they didn't really apologize. I'm still happy to go though, because Dr. Bang is really kind.
