Rick, the owner was horrible when I went to Paisan'o 2 apologize 4 being upset about his takeout sending me 2 Kasmen ER. He stated repeatedly. ..it was my fault!!! Staff also refused 2 acknowledge. NOT EVEN "I am glad ur better." ER administered emergency meds & tests 4 what looked like a heart attack. Thank God it wasn't.

Love this place. I have been to Italy and the GF pasta dishes here are just as good if not better than Italy. Service is great - wait staff are knowledgeable of the menu and are very conscious of dietary restrictions. They have GF fresh homemade garlic bread which is great. The desserts are a little pricy but don't fall short of expectations after the amazing entree course. Love this place and definitely will be going back anx will be bringing some friends too!

Pretty good food. I eat there because they serve gluten free pasta. Sometimes the staff is rude when calling in an order (they seem like they don't want to be bothered).

Absolutely the BEST gluten free Italian Restuarant in the city! Have never had an unacceptable meal there in over 10 years.

This Place was absolutely horrible ,gluten free and regular menu. My gluten free bread tasted like sponge cake and my daughters Alfredo was uncoiled. Wait staff was rude and condescending...don't waste your money or taste buds

This is an absolutely fabulous restaurant, whether or not you need gluten free food. Everything we have tried to delicious and the staff is great---especially "Iggy."

I love Paisano's. It's one of my favorite places to eat in Albuquerque. The food is fantastic and the staff is wonderful!

It is wonderfull to have a restuarant that recognizes fool allergies. If you are willing and it becomes possible try making sandwiches or sandwich bread in the evening. The food is cooked well. Where as in the rest of the world you have to fight and struggle to get gluten free or send it back to the kitchen tricked out so that you dont get the same food back.
