Jim & Mike have always treated me right. Like the name these cars aren't new but at the low prices they charge who cares.

Recently rented a car for a weekend trip, could not have been happier Great car, awesome customer service and the price was right...highly recommend them over the big chains

The guy that owns the business is a real dickhead. He's very rude, has no customer service and is money hungry. He would not let me rent a vehicle for just one day . He told me that I was wasting his time. If someone calls a business, then they expect to talked to to some respect. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away. They don't deserve your money. You are better off finding another rental car service.

I have been a customer of Mike for many years and just wanted to express the great experiences I have encountered. My rental cars have always ran exceptionally well. That; paired with the very helpful and friendly staff, will keep me coming back. Shady business...Quote you one price, end up charging for items not in the quote..price quoted for Van rental for week..568.00.......final price 878.00 AFTER THE FACT!! Engine light on whole time..Tires in poor shape...black tape over other warning light on dash...PLEASE do yourself a favor and dont go there!!!!

Never go there , I had no credit card and he didn't like that I'm from Florida. The owner told us that what kind of people are you that don't have a credit card , get the F..k out of my place ,I don't need your business, very angry old man .

Don't ever go there!! The man who picked up the phone for this place was so rude and had an attitude. No customer service what so ever. No please or thank you at all. I had called for a 15 passenger van to new York and he said, "we don't rent out cars to NYC, ok GOOD BYE." and that was it. I was stunned. He could have said instead, " I'm sorry Ma'am but we don't rent out to NYC is there maybe somewhere else you were looking for?". Don't even waste your time here, I would go where they have great customer service and actually want to do business.

Rented a car for a famiIy trip to DC, and had a great experience! Price was reasonable, car was almost like new and staff was nothing but helpful. It was a great family trip! Would highly recommend.

I don't buy it. Why couldn't he rent a car, because he had an out of state license? Yeaaa okayy. They don't even allow you to rent to nyc 75 miles away. Had a group to take to a yankees game less than 5 miles off the GW bridge connecting NJ-NY. Owner must be a disgrunted phillies fans.

We rented a passenger van for a trip to Canada. We were never given a complete estimate of the cost of the rental. We were told the vehicles were maintained and checked prior to rental. Our van had a bald rear tire and the service engine light came on before we even got to Lehighton. We endured a less then pleasurable experience for over 800 miles. The van kept misfiring if you drove over 55 mph. At one point I had to pull over, because the vehicle lost power on Interstate 81. I was told upon return that everything checked out and these things happen. They did extend an apology and a discount, but that did little in the way of consolation. I will not use or recommend this business.
