I will NEVER order from this business AGAIN.I physically went to their location and picked out an item already put together. I asked them to deliver it the next morning, which they said they would. However, they did not deliver it until LATE on the day requested. This is the 2nd time I have tried to do business with this place.NEVER AGAIN!! I plan to make sure my family and friends DO NOT order as well. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE!!

I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! I called in an order around 9:00AM and it was not delivered until 8:00PM that evening! No one called to let me know that they were running behind, and I had talked to the owner twice that day. I was also charged $102.73 for a $54.95 order. When I called and asked about it she said that their website doesn't explain all of the costs. (also said they needed to correct that) they charge $4.99 for each balloon seperately plus a $10.00 delivery fee, plus the fee that is on the website. SO when you go and look at an order don't assume that what you see in the picture is what you will get without a charge for each individual item! Sweet Creations in Amarillo Texas does not provide quick delivery and they false advertise their orders on their website. In my opinion-DO not use them!

I do not recommend this place! I ordered a candy bouquet for my niece and placed the order at 9:00 am it was not delivered until 8:00 pm that night. Plus, the order that I placed was on the website as $54.95, and I was charged $102.00! When I called she said her website did not specify the extra charge for each balloon (as seen in the picture that I chose) plus the $10.00 delivery charge. When I called and complained that this was false advertisement she said, "well yes I do need to fix that on our website". I will never recommend or use this place again! My husband ordered flowers for me on my Birthday I never received them and when he called they said it could be 10pm that NIGHT before we ever received them. When he asked for a refund she said no we could fight it with our bank! It was $100 so we will be fighting it and taking her to court.
