the flowers that were delivered were wilted and the water brown. i contacted the store and allison told me (in an improbable english) that the flower food colored the water that way. that's a good one. i have been dealing with flowers all my life and that was certainly a first. i asked for a replacement and she said that i should just change the water. i said i was not happy with the flower arrangement and this woman kept talking and talking -- delivering unconvincing explanations. two words: stay away.
