      this is on the tech dept. I made an appt. 2 weeks ago with CARLOS. I know this is covered under my warranty. when explaining to him how my control panel was non op. he begins to explain to me how to work the panel ( which I have been doing for over a year now) I informed him I read the manual did EVERYTHING it said to do. still he was insisting that the proper way of inputting. (giving me this feeling because im a female I don't know what im doing) bottom line to this we agreed upon Mon. the 20th he said he would be here between 8 and 10 AM . I waited ALLLLLL DAY for this CARLOS to show up I called the tech dept. 3x's called the sales dept. 2x's (2nd time was to return call as asked) CARLOS DIDNT give a curtsey call of any sort until 5:35 PM thanks for leaving me hostage ALL DAY
