These guys are great. Very prompt service and even available on the weekends to take care of emergencies. I have now become a customer for life.

Anthony the technician charges us $85 to tell us that there is corrosion around the bolts in our tank. He was here less than 10 minutes. Needless to say we will not be using them for the repairs! Outrageous!

Terrible. Owner writes vague lump sum estimates that are imprecise so that you don't know what He is charging for materials and labor (despite me asking him to do so). If there is a discrepancy it will not be in your favor. Dragon charged me labor installation for items that were inadvertently left of my list of items to order (a shower head) so it could not be installed. Dragon refused to refund me the labor charge for the item they never installed. They ordered me the wrong faucet and shorted me 1 of the 2 towel bars I ordered. When I called to address this they claim they accidentally only quoted me one towel bar (despite my list indicating 2) so they wouldn't refund me anything for the missing towel bar. I asked them to show me the invoice from their supplier showing they only quoted one towel bar. They refused. Very difficult to work with. I could go on and on. I absolutely would not recommend this company.

Great Experience! While doing yard work this morning I noticed a huge leak... water bubbling up all around my irrigation system. Randy was here within an hour of my call. He quickly cleaned it up and diagnosed the issue. Very reasonable price too, all on a Saturday! Thank you!!

I have used this company 4 times in the last 3 years (originally referred by my neighbor). They are consistent in all ways. Their trucks are kept up (no rust buckets here). The plumbers are friendly, skilled and neat. The dispatcher (Shelly) must love her job, she's been here for years and does a great job of scheduling and letting me know when the plumber is on his way. As for cost - they have been in line with ohter companys and usually give the best price.

Great service and surprisingly affordable. The technician was neat, efficient and most important: on-time!

I have used Dragon Plumbing several times, and am always pleased when I call and speak to the chipper dispatcher, she is very prompt and quick to assess if the issue is an emergency. Also very knowledgable, she can help you diagnos over the phone, so a trip isn't wasted if not needed. I have and will continue to recommend this company to all my friends and co-workers.

We have been using (and referring) Dragon Plumbing for a few years now. The owners are good, friendly people that run a highly efficient company. The technicians are knowledgeable and anxious to provide above average customer service. The trucks are AWESOME and kept clean and organized (I peeked inside).

I'm not too happy with this place- they dont have very many trucks on the road so when you need them they arent alviable then, then they say there going to be there and never show up- well maybe 4 hours later they show up- without a call....... I would say dont use this comapny.
