Is zero stars an option? I recently received a no chip manicure here and it was atrocious! I asked to use the restrooms and Was disgusted to find it was essentially in a storage closet surrounded by wet towels, ladders, cleaning supplies, etc. The back also displays a fish tank with a paralyzed fish at the bottom with a variety of mold on the sides. Welcoming. Then this guy cut my nails/cuticles so short they were bleeding (I asked for a bandaid!). During the manicure the paint was shriveling on my nail so he continued to layer on more paint. That night, the paint started to peel off my thumbs and into the next day off my fingers. I went back the next day to politely ask for a refund and they refused. The no chip manicure cost 35$, however they would not give me a cent. When I asked for a store credit they said they would only give me 13$ because they were only refunding me for the actual "paint". This was the 5th or 6th time I have had a no chip and have never experience anything like this. This was my first time getting a no chip at this salon and it was my last. It was the worst display of customer service and clearly they do not value their customers. I do not reccomend anyone using this salon. Save yourself the Time and money and go elsewhere.
