I think their customer service is great. I've never had a problem taking anything back, and when something occasionally rings up wrong, they've always made it right for me quickly. They have big sales all the time, and as a Kohl's charge customer I get extra discounts many times a year. Sometimes I find discounts of 70%, and even the full prices on clothing aren't bad. I think their toys are somewhat overpriced, but they have good buys on gift items for the holidays. I've seen longish lines on occasion, especially when they have a huge sale, or near the holidays, but they usually have plenty of cash registers open at those times.
