Awful & criminal. We recently moved to the area & I went to have a set of shear drapes shorted to fit the windows in my daughter's room. The lady at front told me $10 for each drape/ $20 for both. I sent my husband to pick them up. She looks at him and tells him $30. When he tells her that it should be $20, suddenly she speaks no English & if he wants the drapes it will be $35. Rip off!!!!
