0I have had insurance with this agency for over five years and have never had a bad experience. My agents have been proactive in reaching out when it was time to renew and responsive when I called them.
I have been a customer for 11 years and really must say their customer service is sub par. They never answer the phone, they never return a call. They never confirm a request or their actions. Worst of all, they make a lot of mistakes. Most recently, they cancelled the insurance on my truck with NO request from me. Now I have received a fine from the state of GA because of their mistake.
This company is great because you're not commited to just one company. They have several insurance companies within this company that they use to give you the best price possible. We are definatley saving money with this company without giving up good coverage. Our agent is Janice Dowker. She always returns our calls promptly and is so polite!
