Rapid Lube does bad business!!! My mom had to get a whole new motor after letting them do her oil change which they didn't properly do! They take advantage of women here, especially older ones! Fair warning, go elsewhere but here! Hard lesson learned!

I had my oil changed here once. When I got home, I noticed that oil was running out from under my truck. Upon investigating, I realized that the plug in the oil pan was left loose, so loose that I really don't know how it didn't fall out. I had to tighten it, clean the oil off of my driveway, and put three quarts of oil in my truck. I'm lucky that it made it home without damaging the engine.
