Attorney James Owen has over 25 years of legal experience handling important individual and business legal issues, including personal injury claims, DWI Defense and Complex business matters. James Owen grew up in Pasadena, Texas and graduated from Sam Rayburn High School. He then attended the University of Houston, receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering in 1982. James received his Juris Doctorate and was licensed to practice law in 1985 following graduation from Texas Tech University School of Law. In addition to private legal work, James Owen has served two terms as County Attorney for Henderson County, Texas. It is unlikely that any other Attorney in Henderson County has had responsibility for as many Criminal Misdemeanor Cases. In addition to Criminal Misdemeanor Cases, our office handles personal injury, auto accident, truck accident, wrongful death and other injury claims.
