I was recently in a Babies R Us store to buy a gift for a friend. I am delighted to tell you that the service I received was refreshing, delightful, and made an enormous impact on my shopping experience. I encountered two outstanding employees that were very knowledgeable, personable, and happy. Brian Rutmore assisted me with picking out gifts for a baby shower. He knew exactly what gift items to give, was very upbeat, and enthusiastic with his service. During check out with my items, another young man, Bryan Buchanon, greeted me with a huge smile and enthusiasm. He was friendly, happy, and quick with check out. I felt like both employees loved their jobs, loved Babies R Us, and wanted to be there more than anywhere else. I can't say that I ever been to any store with that type of positive attitude. It was the best shopping experience I ever had.
