Great "mom & pop" shop for more reasonably priced Mercedes parts & repairs. Primarily better for maintaining older Mercedes, where paying dealership price is not an option. The folks at the store are true aficionados and seem to know everything about every year of Mercedes. Seem to have wealth of knowledge which they are willing to share with customers. Used parts in abundant supply. Great place for do-it-yourself'ers. I used the Benz Store, primarily, to maintain my 1983 300D. I have since moved away to Washington, DC, though. Believe it or not, I still find myself calling them for car advice!
