Quoted one rate charged another.

I was verbally quoted one price, never was given a written price. When asked the employees said they were unsure. I paid one month not realizing until I recieved a payment notcie that I had incurred a late fee. The notice asked me to pay by the end of the month. I did, however they had already instituted lock out procedures. When I paid the late fee and the next month, they had posted that I had only paid through the previous month. In other words, they were showing me 60 days late, not current.
