I have waited now over 2 years to post a comment about "Affordable Dentures and Implants" on Tuscany Way.

You can take my experiences as you wish, and I KNOW the response from "Affordable Dentures and Implants" will MOST likely be one of trying to put the monkey back on my shoulders...ie...(Make me look like the person at fault).

1 The staff is INCREDIBLY kind and sweet...period the end.

2. I have made at least 20-25 trips AFTER getting my dentures to this location to get them to fix my Dentures, BUT they have never done so, and my dentures have NEVER TRULY been right.

3. I asked if I needed bone grafting because of the bone loss in my jaw and the Doctor said "No you don't need bone grafting. I can work with what you have as long as we get Implants in quickly." End quote...verbatim! This past week I was told "Your bottom dentures are going to rock and not fit well because you had too much bone loss in the back of your jaw" end quote...verbatim!

4. This past week I originally went in because my bottom dentures BROKE after just a bit over 2 years. They would NOT do what was RIGHT and replace them as they have a 4 year warranty. Furthermore, I was told "You may need the strongest dentures we make because you eat nuts and your bite may be too strong for your present dentures." I was told by the doctor that "I could eat ANYTHING I wished and that my second to the top line dentures were MORE than adequate." All this advice about denture strength etc AFTER I said over 2 years ago "I want the top of the line dentures" and was told "You don't need them."

5. I was originally told by one of the denture staff that "I should only take my dentures out once a week," three days later at another appointment I was told this was false.

I'll just say the following "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, and these people are NOT the best at what they do, and they will come up with ALL KINDS of reasons why they are not at fault...period the end!

They were nice and professional. The word affordable stood true and there weren’t any surprising charges. My teeth look beautiful!

Dr. Deandrae W.Alexander and staff. I want you to know how improfessional you and your staff are. I was in your office on the 24th of April to see if i could get impartial made for my lower teeth. You said it couldn't be done do to the infection that I had. Youronly concern was the price and not the will being of the patient. you want to charge me almost $2000. well I want you to know I have mole or partials done for $715. that price included x-ray examination three tooth pulled and a deep cleaning. your attitude your meaner was not professional. I will pass the word out to all my friends and not ever come to your establishment. if I create a jewel star I would...have a nice day

The best dentist I have ever been to. I am a sissy when it comes to pain and they made it a wonderful experience and affordable.
