If I could rate 0 stars I would. I had to use my Statefarm roadside assistance and this was the company that was chosen. I was told they would be there between 2 and 2:30 okay no problem. I called the actual tow company to give them a few more details about where the car was in the apartment complex. The guy went "we have nothing for you. Call your insurance company." I thanked him for his time and called the insurance company. State Farm put me on hold while they called, they got back on the line and said they would be there in 10 minutes. At this time it's already 2:50. So I called the tow company back and the guy answered' Hold On." and then hung up. I called back a couple minutes later and he goes "Look lady I already told you we have nothing for you. - I responded going the insurance company confirmed talking to you a couple minutes ago. His response "well they told you wrong, we don't speak to no insurance company. Bye." Next time I will pay out of pocket to not deal with this company... Look lady, rude customer service.... Especially when waiting outside in Texas Heat.

Called them at 10:30 am to tow my car. Sent me a confirmation they would be there at 12:12 to get my car. At 12:45, no one had showed up and when we called to check, they said it would be another 45 minutes. Standing in 106 degree weather next to a dead car and a tow truck not showing up when they said they would is not a good day at all
