I set up carpet and tile cleaning with Mr. Beverly for Tuesday 9/23/14. I was surprised when he showed up without a steam cleaner to do my tile. He claimed the "new method" of scrubbing was much better. After the tile dried, it still looked the same as before. Mr. Beverly was due to come back to steam the rest of my carpet and replace the pad on Thursday. I requested that he use his previous method of steaming the tile that he had used before. Mr. Beverly informed me 20 minutes before arrival that he was unable to get his steam machine and could not do our tile and carpets. I do not recommend this company for any services.
