I broke down on the side of IH-35 in between Georgetown and Jarrell on my motorcycle at 9:00 in the evening. These guys worked their hardest to get out to me as I was pretty nerved racked since it was so late and there are no lights out that way. Ethan was an excellent tow truck driver and made sure my baby was secured before towing my bike home. Thank you all so much for your promptness and dealing with me as I freaked out. You guys are awesome!

Very disappointed in this tow drivers response & attitude. Receipt is signed with initials M.H. - I cld for service mid-afternoon, was accepted with a 60 minute window. He showed up TWO hours later. Due to this delay the repair shop was closed by the time he got there to drop the car & then he left the car in the shops parking lot unattended with THE KEY IN THE IGNITION. Luckily the car was there when we arrived but it was a frantic few minutes of panic after learning he had just left the car there.
This situation was caused by a very inaccurate time frame from Stars Towing. The driver blamed the traffic but they knew what time of day it was when I called & being this is their profession, how could they not factor in traffic, weather & whatever when they accepted? Waiting around an extra hour for the driver to show up was annoying enough but for our car to be left unattended with the key in the ignition was just ignorant, unprofessional and just plain rude no matter what.

Yesterday went to service my vehicle at Walmart. This driver from the company was in front of me and parked in the driveway blocking across the whole entrance. Shop techs told the middle eastern driver not to block the driveway and the dude did not wanted to pay attention l. He just dropped the vehicle blocking 2 of the bay entrances, then walk thru the shop like the owner of the store..techs told the driver not to walk thru the shop driver answering with profanity and then goes in a pick a fight with a manager of the store. Wow would NJ other use this company rather be stranded
