We've been to this TLC for the filet mignon and lobster tail combo many times. This time our waitress told us,"Management took the lobster tails off of the menu because some of the restaurants, not ours, over cooked the lobster,". WTF! If the chef could not cook the lobster they should be fired. Get someone else that can cook to cook. The waitress would have been better off simply saying management to the lobster tails off the menu than giving us a lame excuse
