      Food Maxx is your Supermarket in Bakersfield, California. We arent a warehouse club, and theres no membership fee. You dont need to show the card to get in. We offer a no-frills shopping experience that helps us to keep our prices incredibly low on everything in the store. From quality fresh meat and freshly stocked produce to your favorite national brands, we have your needs. Our 45 stores are family owned and operated, and we are a part of the neighborhood. We support our community and organizations that help make it great including the united way, the muscular dystrophy associations and the juvenile diabetes research foundation. Youd be surprised what you can learn at a supermarket. Since 2000, more than 230 groups have taken a super friend store tour - informative tours to schools, clubs and other organizations.
