It's been a few months since my last visit with Adriana's I was surprised to see they opened another location closer to me! There were only 2 people working when I went so there was some wait but at least they were honest about it when i called to ask. All in all I was able to renew within an hour and price didn't go up so i'll consider this visit a success.

The manager doesn't help, the people working there don't know how to treat people, they do not want to help and if you ask something they don't even know what to answer. I won't be there no more.

Horrible customer service!

I was an UNFORTUNATE employee of Adriana's but left as soon as I got my first paycheck, they were paying me LESS THAN HALF MINIMUM WAGE!

I tried asking why this was, they said it was because I signed a waiver for "Voluntary Deductions" to pay for my insurance license, although I NEVER signed such waiver. I even requested a copy of my contract and nowhere did I sign such form. I didnt take my test through them (I am now licensed through another much better agency). They would not give me a copy of my clock in/out hours time sheet. They kept giving me the runaround. I went to the corporate office twice to get this resolved and came back empty handed! The customer service is HORRIBLE! They said if you dont come in to work with your heels on, make up, nails and hair done; dont even bother coming in to work. When we got a call for a quote, they made us give them a number from the top of our head just to get them in to the office without even turning on the computer screen! They are LIARS and CHEATS and ONLY WANT YOUR BROKER FEES. They will give you the WORST COVERAGE to pocket your $200+ broker fee! STAY AWAY!!
