My issue is with Susan.. you just don't call no one on they phone leave a voicemail that was straight out of line I've missed apt due to son having fever this never happened she insist I still come not caring he was ill then when she didn't get the answer she wanted she stated I'll have to pay them 75 dollars next time I make an apt with them and begin to talk about my business saying I wouldn't like if someone called 30 min prior to cancel an apt well actually I give my clients 20 min to cancel but I don't charge them that extra came out her mouth should have not been said I would of accept what she said without the extra that she left on my voicemail so that being said they lost 4 clients.
