My friend and I spent a total of almost $40.00 dollars and our hair looked worse when we left. We will never go to Super Cuts again. I didn't get our technicians name but I hope she will undergo more training before she touches another head of hair. Where are the supervisors to do quality control in these situations? This girl was the only technician in the salon and the man before us left with a lousy looking cut as well.
