By far the worst online travel agency around. Their MO is to keep you on hold for two hours and then hang up or say they're going to do something, but when they hang up they do nothing. Plus, their prices are usually higher than you can actually get at the hotel. So call the hotel first. Better than that don't use them at all.

save your money! work with a reputable and honest travel site. Expedia charged me for a flight I had cancelled and now won't give me back my money. they gave me a flight credit that I have to add $150 to if I want to use it. I can't afford two trips in one year. not like the csr who probably got a nice little bonus for ripping off another consumer! THEY ARE DESPICABLE AND PATHETIC IN THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS! search for a review on line and you'll see. they don't have one good review!

Never book with this company!! I recently used Expedia to book a holiday of a lifetime to Singapore for my family. We booked our flights and hotel on January 16th 2009- our trip was for 21st June until 4th July. A few weeks after booking I learned that there was a problem with our hotel- major renovation work with noise and dust from 6am until 10pm and no swimming pool. I contacted Expedia alerting them to the problem and asking that we change to another hotel. They charged me an extra $1683 for simply altering my booking although the hotel we changed to was cheaper!! When we were out in Singapore, I then discovered that the original hotel that we were booked into is actually closed until next year so we could not have stayed there anyway,I contacted Expedia on my return from Singapore and have been told that as I agreed to the charge, there is nothing that they are prepared to do. Tough! They even gave me the wrong address for my solicitor to write to! Thank goodness for this site
