They cleaned the carpet pretty well, but were very unprofessional. Made comments the entire time about how disgusting the carpet was because they thought we were unable to hear over the equipment.

All i can is WOW we are still so amazed at how proffesional and prompt Swans was when they cleaned all our old carpet we thought we would have to replace it all ,but now we should be able to get a few more years out of it.Thanks so much to all the folks at Swans!!!!

Swan's did a fantastic job. The pricing seemed very fair and the technicians were curtious and efficient. My carpet had not been cleaned ain serveral years and the carpet look new when they were done. I highly recommend them.
