Silverado has the best customer service in all of Bend. I've been shopping there since 2004 and have never been disappointed with the service. The variety of merchandise is very impressive. Recommend it to all of my friends and family.

First discovered Silverado in 8/05 Went inside just to browse, I was greeted by the most helpful and knowlegable staff immediately. I've been buying jewelery there since then.
