Keepin' It R.E.Y.A.L. with Rich Reliford. “Keepin’ it R.E.Y.A.L. (pronounced “real”) stands for Reaching and Encouraging Young Adult Lives. The Keepin’ it R.E.Y.A.L. concept is something that came from the depths of my heart as I went through my own personal challenges, obstacles, and success. I want to see every young adult evaluate their lives and redirect it in the path that will bring them to their desired result. I believe deeply that young men and women are much more powerful, independent and potentially influential then they or society realizes. My hope is through my speeches, life coaching and mentoring I will be able to help them unlock their real passions in life and inspire them to succeed in the classroom, in sports or activities, at the work place, and in every area of their life. I want to switch their focus from negative to positive activities that add to their newly established goals. Having a purpose is proven to improve behavioral issues, increase classroom performance and ultimately change the environment of a school or organization.
