Thank You Surfside Plumbing & Rooter! After calling, and I'm not exaggerating, 7 co. spending 2 hours of absolute frustration to finally find you I was relieved. You told me your guy was on another call but you would personally come over, this was not only the answer to my problem it was also a nice surprise to know that there is still customer service in this fast paced world we live in. I will continue to use your co. and I will also recommend you to everyone I know. There is something to be said for supporting local businesses, people actually care!

It was raining,it was the weekend(of course),the sewer backed up into my showers and the rooter company got their rooter stuck in the roots they were trying to clear. With no idea who to call-enter Harry.

There was something about his responsiveness that made me take a chance. His attentiveness, attention to detail and willingness to talk me through the process was invaluable.

He was fair and reliable-having his crew work late nights inorder to get the job done.

I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

We called several plumbers when we had a problem with our main sewage

line and Harry was the first and only one to call back. He was able to

schedule service for the same day (Saturday) at no extra charge and he

was upfront about his fees. Harry was very professional and polite,

and he was able to diagnose and fix our problem at a reasonable cost.

He even did extra clean-up work that was not part of his job. I would

recommend Harry to anyone looking for a plumber on the west side and I

would gladly call him again in the future
