Completely disorganized and unprofessional. Unreliable. I booked an appointment over a week in advance, only to find out that the incompetent office manager failed to ask whether I live in Missoula or Billings (?). So now I will be cleaning my own house prior to moving, something I did not budget the time for. Thanks, Merry Maids, you posse of morons.
