I called to try and have my Jeep looked at and when Jonathan answered the phone he told me "they were two weeks behind on transmission work and I'd have to leave my Vehicle with him for two weeks to have it looked at." Then when I asked if I could get an appointment, he said "we don't do that, but we can give you a call when we are abt two days out from getting you in." Awful.

After figuring out the dodge place here in Tuscaloosa was not willing to deal with me fairly, I decided to look in Birmingham. After speaking with the salesman via thier website, I happily made the 1hr 20min drive and got a better vehicle at a cheaper price. I would recommend Benchmark to any of my family and friends.
