Dr. Hall gave my daughter laughing gas to make her feel calm. She was given two syringes worth of numbing medicine. Once he started to drill into her tooth she screamed and cried harder than I have ever seen. An assistant came in and closed the doors and held down my daughters arms. My daughter screamed that it hurt. He stopped drilling and let her catch her breath. He then placed the drill into her mouth without touching her teeth and turned it on. He asked if she could feel that. She said "No". He responded "You answered that correct". He looked at me and said "some kids scream from being scared". He again started to drill into her tooth. She again screamed that it was hurting. He stopped again and told me, "sometimes teeth like this don't take well to the numbing medicine". She calmed down and asked the assistant to let go of her arms. The assistant asked my daughter, "Are you going to calm down". My daughter said "yes" so she let go of her. Dr. Hall told her that it would be fast and he was just going to get it over with. My daughter cried so hard that her ears were filled with her tears. He continued to tell me that she was just scared and it didn't hurt. He again put the drill in her mouth and didn't touch her tooth to see how she would react. She did not make a noise. He continued with the procedure. The air would hurt her when it was blown into her tooth. He told her that it didn't hurt and blew the air into her face several times to prove to her that it didn't hurt. The whole time she was screaming. He continued to remind her that she didn't need to scream and that it didn't hurt. By the end of the procedure my daughter was hysterical due to the pain that she was feeling. Dr. Hall was visibly upset with my daughter and her crying. He grabbed her chin and said "stop screaming, you are hurting all of our ears". He then told her " take deep breaths of the oxygen with your mouth closed and stop screaming and you will get out of here faster"
