      Terrible staff. Dana and supervisor said they would look into my situation but never called back. But charged my card without permission. Bad customer service.

      GREAT BRANCH OF ENTERPRISE...FROM THE MINUTE I CALLED TO THE MINUTE I RETURNED THE CAR IT WAS A+++....I RESERVED A PREMIUM AND RECEIEVED AN UPGRADE TO A BMW...I WAS SERVICED BY A PROFESSIONAL AND REMARKABLY FRIENDLY WOMAN NAMED MIKAYLA...SHE WAS FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND GORGEOUS....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH AND THIS REPRESENTATIVE!

      My experience with Enterprise was extremely positive. They came to pick me up at Fineline Auto Repair within 5 minutes of dropping off my car for repair.

      When I returned the rental, I was taken back to Fineline within a 10 minute window. All agents were very pleasant and helpful and I cannot express how pleased I was at the service that I received......Dr. Alan Rubinstein
