      AMAZING! Sidney was incredible. He was so thorough and made the whole process easy to understand by explaining all the forms and what they said in layman's terms. He was very professional, yet personable, and was extremely knowledgeable in helping us choose and set up our new business. I will be using Sidney for other future legal needs!
