I rented an office from these people and they stole my deposit from me after improvements I made, and fullfilling the lease, they are dishonest. Beware, you reap what you sow salon 100. Wish I had read theses reviews first.

I tried to call three times during business hours to make an appointment. No one would answer the phone, when I tried to walk in they asked me to make an appointment. WTF how you supposed to get your hair cut if they won't anwer the phone and you can't drop in.

I went to Peyton recently for standard color and haircut. She was slow, it took 3 hours for her to do what most can do in 1 1/2 hours. The worst part was my hair after she was finished with it! It looked terrible.



I asked for a refund the next day after speaking with the owner of the salon. She agreed. They never refunded my money. After several phone conversations, they refused to uphold their "guarantee".



I had to go back to my regular salon for a color correction and re-do on the haircut, spending more than double my $$ to correct what she had done.



It was a terrible experience, and the worse service and customer care by a salon I have every had. Period.

I went to Peyton based on the "great" reviews she received, come to find out they are basically all of her friends! When I went to write an honest review of my bad experience with her it "mysteriously" disappeared within hours. hhhhmmmmmmm



I went to her for a foil and hair cut. She wound up doing an all over color that looked flat and orange and just awful. Then she proceeded to cut my hair not AT ALL like what I described or showed her a picture of. It was uneven, choppy, and just plain bad. Ugh...I went home in tears. I had to go back to my regular hair stylist for a color correction and a hair cut correction. So I wound up spending double the money.



When I spoke to the salon manager about it, she said she would have Peyton call me back. No phone call. I asked for a refund. No refund.



She works at Fusion Salon now, a tiny salon in Boise in a strip mall.



There are so many great hair stylists and salons in the area...this is definitely NOT one of them. Save your money, time and sanity and go somewhere else.

The stylists at Salon 100 are more then professional, they are fast and allow me to make appointments last minute which helps me out in a jam. I would recommend this Salon to any of my friends looking for a place to get their hair cut.

Peyton is amazing. My friend referred me to her and I love her. She knows exactly what looks best on everyone. She did my color and I wanted to grow my front out and she put in a few extensions and I was able to "grow" out my hair in her chair! THANKS P!

I took an appointment on 8th Oct 2008 with the salon owner Ashley for 6.30pm. I reached there on time to find that the salon was closed.I waited for 20 mins and even called the owner on her cellphone,leaving a message.Didnt hear back ...Was a real waste of my time. This callous behaviour on the part of the owner reflects unprofessionalism. Will NEVER go there as a place which cant respect customers time cannot be good.###BTY whats the whole purpose of taking an appointment?

I called in and schedueled an appointment.However to my horror nobody was there when i went there on the date and time. I waited outside for 10-15mins but nobody came.Even called the owner and left a message.Defeats the whole purpose of taking an appointment.I feel this is irresponsible and careless. They dont bother about other peoples time.Just got an idea of how they treat the customers. If one cant honor customers time for a schedueled appointment,speaks volume about their service. Would not recommend it to anybody. If you have lots of time and want to waste it then salon 100 is the right choice.
