The service I received was excellent! I hired them last week to move my 2 bedroom apartment from Beacon Hill to JP. Not an easy move I might say. I had a 3rd floor walk up on both ends and a lot a stuff. The weather was a little cold but was quite nice considering its winter time. From the time they arrived and I explained the situation they told me not to worry, they were professionals and would take care of everything for me. We had asked Lucian and his crew to do a few extra things for us that was not in the scope of our move as far as moving some furniture around for us and they honored our request without a problem. They were awesome!!! Great job. Thank you guys.
If you are looking for a good deal on the moving job consider this moving company for yourself. Flexible with the timing and very professional, hard working and quick team of movers. Fidel, I think that was his name and the 2 guys that helped him were AWESOME!! They were very efficient and moved us really quickly. The price was unbeatable and the service was unremarkable!! After the relief of having everything moved from my 3rd floor apartment to a 3rd floor loft with barely having to lift a finger, I would give these guys 6 stars if that were an option. I had a situation and I had to move right away. These guys really helped me a lot and they definitely deserve a 5 star rating. Very friendly staff starting with the office people and ending with the crew that came and move me. Renato and James were very polite, pleasant, extremely professional and very responsive to all my questions. The move itself went without incident. They even called before they came, arrived on time, worked without pause and delivered everything to my new home in perfect condition. I'll definitely recommend Stairhopper Movers to all my friend and family and for sure, I'll use them again.
Thank you for your assistance in facilitating my recent move. It was totally hassle free. They were the ONLY moving company who offered to come to our house and give us an accurate estimate on the price and time it would take us to move. On moving day, we had a 3 movers crew, they showed up on time and they worked as a team and were friendly, hardworking, fast and extremely helpful. I moved with Stairhoppers on October 15th from a 3 bedroom apartment located in Cambridge to a town house in Burlington. Lots, lots of boxes, delicate furniture, not an easy move but the move could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to the personal attention I got from start to finish. Booking was really easy and pleasant (a big thank you for the sales representative, he gave us a helping hand on how to get ready for the move, which helped, believe me) and the move was on time, a pleasant experience if I might say that.
