November 19, 2014. Upon walking in the store the lady did not greet me and I sat in the waiting area for 10 minutes before she even spoke a word to me. Then all she had to say was im sorry I don't have time for you? My guess is she had to take lunch at that exact moment. If she would have told me when I was walking in I would not have needed to leave this review.

Last week Saturday May 17th 2014 @ the Boynton Beach mall I walked into Mastercuts at 7:50pm to have my hair washed and flat ironed, by 8:30pm Sharon was done and I looked wonderful. But before that happened I first went to the Walmart salon at 7:30pm, and although the stylist there was very nice she was also pretty busy, so I left. Then 10 mins later at 7:40pm I arrived at JcPenney's in the mall salon, but they turned me away stating; the stylists are cleaning up to leave and there would not be enough time to do my hair. Meanwhile there is only one customer there whose hair is being done by one of the stylist. There were 2 other workers there and one was sitting down talking while the other was eating. So after they turned me away I went to Regis Salon in the mall, here there were 2 stylist one is working on a customer the other is not. The one without a customer (Brittany) says it’s too late for her to finish my hair by 9pm, at this point the time is only 7:45pm. So next I go to Mastercuts, Sharon was the only one on duty. She welcomed me with a smile and started working on my hair immediately. While doing my hair another customer came and she smiled at them and stated she would be done with me by 8:30pm and would be free to help them. They waited and she started the other woman's hair as soon as she finished with me. Kudos to Sharon, Mastercuts is lucky to have her.
