I went in to get a color change and a "air brush" design .. I asked the guy who was doing my nails to square them a little more and he gave me the worlds dirtiest look.. then did a half butt job. then when I went to get the air brush done.. He did such a horrible job I said I didn't like it cause it was so sloppy.. Instead of trying to fix it he takes it off and tells me to go sit down cause someone was gonna draw it on for me.. then I said I wanted my money back for the air brush.. cause that's what I paid for he had the nerve to throw the money at me...and the lady who did my design ... did a horrible job .. and when I asked for her to use yellow ... she said no and used white... they are so rude and I will never go back there again... they are rude do not listen and you can tell they do not care.. there not worth my money.

I'm NEVER going back there!!! I went in to have my eyebrows done and get a pedicure right before my vacation... They were just sitting around and made my friend and I wait FOREVER while they ate and chatted... Then, i was called into the waxing room and waited in there for 5 mins... I told the lady that it would be best for her to wipe off my eyebrows with alcohol before waxing because i had a lot of makeup on.. she refused. She said that she could do it without doing that... I did say anything because I was just so annoyed BUT i should have!! SHe messed it up soooo bad!!! My left eyebrow is soooo far off to the other side... I have a huge gap in between my eyebrows now! THEN, the pedicure.... It was pretty late by the time they got around to doing out feet so the rushed through it.. mine took 20 mins... REALLY??? it smudged and chipped by the time i got home... I'm about to go back there now to fix this.. I leave tomorrow for my trip and i look crazy thanks to them..

This was the worst place iv ever been to get my nails done. for starters, the lady who runs the place was 20 minutes late so me and three other woman where waiting outside the store. the reason i went there was to get a repair, one of my acrylic nails chipped the night before and i was going to the mall to make a return so i figured id go to this salon to fix it. the woman who "repaired" my nail was the same one who was late. she talked on her phone the whole time she was doing it and was very rude to me for no reason. then to top it off she made the white acrylic tip of the nail twice as thick as the rest of my nails. i was so Pisssedd!!!. for someone who said they were doing nails for 14 years should know how to fix a nail correctly, it wasn't even the same shape as the others. i didn't even want to pay her, as little as the 3 dollars it cost me, i still felt ripped off. i have never been so disappointed with work done on my nails. i will never go to golden nails again!
