they get no stars for me as far as customer service with the woman who answers the phone curses and then hangs up on you! talking about taking a stick out of your @ss i believe its pretty far up hers to get that kind of service. the plumber did a job not complete and she wants to give a hard time for another appt. good thing my landlord has to deal with her and not me. THE HOURS THEY HAVE LISTED HERE IS BULL AS WELL! 8:30AM - 5PM.
