The person who making appointments when you have seen the dentist has the most nasty attitude. Going to talk under her mask thinking you can't hear her and then going to say I have alot things I'm doing, like if that's my problem. She need to be looked at her attitude is the worse has poor customer service. Where I can speak to someone so can complain about her nasty behavior.

I was referred here by my regular dentist for a root canal that he said he could not do. The office is much nicer and newer than the others I have been to in the downtown Brooklyn. The waiting room is comfortable and has big tvs to watch. I am sitting there right now writing this for my second appointment to have my check up. They do everything here not just root canals so you don't get bounced around from doctor to doctor which I can't stand!! My experiencr has been excellent from the front desk staff to the assistants and especially the doctors who are supposed to be some of the best specialists in the area. Only thing I would add is that it is s bit chilly in the waiting area but I know it's is record cold outside so what are you gonna do. And another plus is across from bbqs which I will be going to in about an hour lol.

It’s a rare occasion when you enter into a dentist office and all the pieces of a great dental experience fall into place: the highest level of professionalism and expertise, outstanding bedside manner by all staff, personal attention without the rush, timeliness, and a genuine interest in the patient’s whole dental health. In addition, I have witnessed next to no staff turnover over the past ten years, which is a testament to the way the staff is cared for as well. Doc’s office is my dental home away from home. It is a first-class experience.

I need to have a rout canal done for my teeth with a crown. The appointment is easy but a little wait at the first time due to popularity of this dental office.
I took the R train to go to the dental office at 177 Livingston Street from Lower Manhattan. The trip was about 5-10 minutes. Doctor Wily did the first treatment to take off crown and clean the decayed tissues after consultation. This is a nice experience. Most of other dentists would ask me to wait for a few weeks after consultation. But this office did all necessary work in the first time.
After two weeks, I went back to the office again. Without waiting after my appointment time, I was called and Dr. Wily finished permanent filling and put my crown back. He is such a nice, warm, skillful professional. The process was complicated but he dealt with great patience. Definitely I recommend him over those dentists who just want to dig some gold out of you.

It's hard to find friendly people in the city anymore but everyone at this office were outstanding! I had a root canal, the doctor made me feel very comfortable, they saw me for a consultation fast and just a few days later did the root canal. It was painless and he did a very good job. Each time I've been there I did wait about two hours but I'd rather wait and be treated kindly then the opposite, my advice is go there and bring a book:)

The few times I have gone to Hanson Place Dental Associates, left me with a very positive experience. From the moment your appointment is confirmed via text and e-mail, to when you sign-in at the office everyone greats you in such a warm manner!
I had no insurance/coverage issues; they would always check in advance and let me know what the options were without a hard sell tactic that I had found at other dental facilities. I was there actually yesterday for an extraction by Dr. G. There was no pain after the novacane wore off and I still have no pain. He was great! I have some more work that needs to be done and I am looking forward to seeing the staff/dentist once again.
I live in Manhattan but the trip to HPDA is well worth the journey. Some folks tend to complain that they had to wait longer than their appointment but would they prefer to be tossed from the chair for the next person so not to have them wait.
Besides, good things are well worth waiting for! Kudos to the team at HPDA for delivering excellent customer service, making the patient more knowledgeable without any hard driven sales tactics.and my dentist Dr. G who did an outstanding job!

I just had a tooth extracted and everything went very well. The staff and Dr. Lorenzo were great.
