I bought some moving supplies from U-Haul website but later found out that some items were not needed. So, I brought them to the closest U-Haul store, but the owner only accepted few return items because he doesn't sell most of them in his store.
So I went to Alex's store. Although he also doesn't sell the majority of these items in his store, Alex went extra mile and took care of all the return items.
