Wow! They know what customer service is. I live in Houston and my son goes to Texas A &M, so when we needed a repair shop we were lost. My son's car needed repair to the ignition switch, leaving him stranded on Christmas Eve in a deserted college town. We drove to A&M , picked him up for Christmas, and returned on Dec. 26 searching for a repair shop. Universal Auto Works responded and they repaired it in a speedy manner. The car was ready at 5:00 pm but my son was at work and would not be off until midnight. Keep in mind this is Dec. 26, 2007 very few shops were even open. They were a pleasure to deal with. They brought the car and the receipt to him at work so I could return to Houston before dark. My only regret is that I wish they were in Houston so I could tell all my friends how wonderful they were!S. Badeaux
